Our maintenance window has extended, and we are expecting to finish at around 01:00 UTC. At this moment, tenants in the EU region should still be able query users through our Search v3, but might see stale results. We will continue to provide updates as we move forward.

On July 28th at 00:00 UTC Auth0 will be performing maintenance on a datastore for our user search capability in the EU region. This should have no impact on the performance or availability of our user search endpoint, or the ability to search for users in the dashboard. It may however, result in indexing delays of up to 15 minutes.
Indexing delays occur between the time a user is updated and the time that change is reflected in our search results. In other words, search requests should respond without an issue, but the results themselves may lack some updates to users made during the migration period.
Authentication transactions will not be affected during this window.
This period should last approximately 30 minutes. After the maintenance period, search results will be caught up with all recent user changes.
We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are performing this operation to improve the reliability and quality of our search capability, in order to better serve you.
