On October 22nd at 06:00 UTC Auth0 will be performing maintenance on a datastore for our user search capability in the US-1 region. This should have no impact on the performance or availability of our user search endpoint, or the ability to search for users in the dashboard. It may, however, result in indexing delays of up to 30 minutes.
Indexing delays occur between the time a user is updated and the time that change is reflected in our search results. In other words, search requests should respond without an issue, but the results themselves may lack some updates to users made during the migration period.
Authentication transactions will not be affected during this window.
This period should last approximately 60 minutes. After the maintenance period, search results will be caught up with all recent user changes.
We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are performing this operation to improve the reliability and quality of our search capability, in order to better serve you.
